Data Deletion Instructions

At Brightpeak Media Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us" or "our") you have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This page explains how to make that request.
How to request deletion
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the name and email address (or other identifier) you used when you contacted us or used our services, so we can locate your data.
- We will verify your identity before processing the request, to protect your information.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request and, once your identity is verified, delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
- We will send you confirmation once the deletion is complete.
- Where we are required by law, regulation or for legitimate accounting purposes to retain certain data, we will tell you which data must be kept and for how long. All other personal data will be removed.
